SHELVES
Shelves

We operate a fully automated shelf profiling line by Italian manufacturer Gasparini. At a length of 41 m, unwinding coils, straightening, punching, bending, and welding are all done automatically. Our line produces single-piece shelves, which are more aesthetically pleasing than two-piece shelves. The automatically welded Omega profiles serve to strengthen the finished shelf and allow for a load capacity of 150 kg/m2. Dependent on its final use, we use cold rolled or galvanized sheets. To meet our clients color preferences and to ensure optimal anti-corrosion protection, the shelves undergo automatic powder coating. The finished product is a state of the art piece of engineering, manufactured to equip supermarkets all over the world. It represents our very own final product.
SHELVES
KTL
​
Cataphoretic painting (KTL) represents the highest degree of surface protection. Without showing traces of corrosion, products remain in aggressive environments for up to 1.000 hours. These environments include moisture, heat and salt. Our fully automated line can treat up to 24 tons, or 1800 square meters of steel per day. We cover hot and cold rolled steel, perforated sheets as well as stainless steel, among others. Given the size of the tubs, products may measure up to 1515 x 2800 x 1000 mm. In addition, the expertise and experience of our lab personnel allows us to coat geometrically complicated, tubular or hollow products. We form an even, thin and solid layer of organic coating, which ranges between 20 and 30 microns.

Powder Coating
​
Electrostatic powder coating provides anti-corrosion, anti-heat and anti-abrasion protection. The process itself rests upon electrically charged metal parts attracting the powder paint, which is then melted onto the part via heat. We offer various choices of applications, glosses and colors in all shades of the international RAL card.
In addition to three chambers for manual painting, which allow for smaller batches, we operate a state of the art automatic line. Intended for serial coating, it offers a capacity of up to 9000 m2 per 24 hour cycle and the possibility for chemical pre-treatment.

Laser

Our 6 fibre lasers cut structural steel of up to 20 mm (including 20 mm), stainless steel of up to 15 mm (including 15 mm) and aluminum of up to 12 mm (including 12 mm).
In addition to cutting sheets, one of our lasers is equipped to cut round tubes with a diameter of 30 -100 mm and rectangular tubes with a diameter of 40-100 mm.

Bending Press
​
Our 8 CNC press brakes provide up to 4 meters in working length and a power of 300 tons.
All of our presses possess the latest CNC technologies.
With a great variety of tools, we can bend vast types of profiles.

Robot
​
In order to ensure repeatability and efficiency, we employ two welding robots, one by German manufacturer Cloos, the other by Japanese-Slovenian Daihen-Varstroj. They maintain a high level of welding continuity and are suitable for long welds as well as for complex product geometries.
Due to the complete automation of the process, we are able to work more efficiently and thereby greatly reduce scrap.

CNC Machinery

Our milling center measures 6,5 m in length. It provides tables that rotate by 360 degrees and is intended for drilling and milling bars as well as tubes. Currently, it offers 24 tools. Should the need for specific products arise, more tools can be added swiftly.
CNC MACHINERY
Testing Lab
​
In order to market a product that satisfies customers' requirements, precise and efficient testing of the product is essential. With respect to tolerances, we measure compliance and accuracy by means of our 3D measuring arm by Faro. It provides measurement precision of up to 0,03 mm and meets the ISO 10360-12 standard.
In terms of surface treatment, we test anti-corrosion properties by means of our in-house salt spray chamber. Conformity to color nuance and gloss are checked via spectrophotometer.
Milling Machinery
Our machine portfolio offers a CNC milling center with a workspace of a remarkable 6,5 meters.
Currently, 24 tools are at our disposal. Should the need for specific products arise, we are able to quickly manufacture more tools. Our tables rotate 360 degrees and we can cut bars as well as tubes. The machine's speed amounts to 12.000 spins/minute and 50.000 mm/minute.
